Terms of Use
Tutorials
1. Under no circumstances are you allowed to give this username/password out to others.
If someone needs their password, please refer them to me ONLY!
Important Note:
If by chance I find that you gave the username/password to anyone else without
them registering, I have the right to revoke your membership with no refund.
2. You must have an established website and it must be in English. I do not accept MSN
websites.
3. You are to NEVER share my tutorials with anyone! They are for you only.
4. I do not allow my tutorials to be used or shared in forums, egroups, chat groups,
emails, anything online. The tutorial is copyrighted to me and only the outcome
is yours to use as long as it's different then mine. You may use your finished result
as premades, adoptables, sig tags & in members areas. You can NOT use the finished bases
to give away/sell from your site. Only the dressed finished version. No lineart or tutorials may be
created from my work. Do not change the tutorial and then say it's yours. It wont work
since the images are my own original designs.
5. I do not allow my tutorials to be printed, distributed, resold, put on CD or copied.

If you do not follow my terms then I have the right to revoke your membership with no refund.
You will no longer be able to use my tutorials and will have to remove the results at once!
I will not tolerate anyone disrespecting mine or any other graphic artist terms or membership.
If you have any questions please email me BEFORE you join.
6. If your site is a members only site I must have the user name and password. I will only use
the information to make sure my terms are respected. I will not be using things from your members
area. If I like what I find and decide to use your graphics, I will join your membership area and pay the fees.
7. As of 05-11-04 I have my tutorial section set up as subscription payment. It will automatically charge your
paypal account each 6 months. You will have to go and unsub yourself at the end of the 6 month period if you
no longer wish to remain a member. I will NOT do refunds. The secret word is respect!
8. If you send your paypal payment and your site does meet my requirements, I will NOT refund your money!
9. You MUST give credit where credit is due. On EVERY page!
10. I no longer allow my tutorials to be made into tubes and/or clipart and offered from members sites.
11. If you would like to use my tutorials/lineart to create digitized cross stitch patterns, embroidery patterns,
greeting cards, recipe cards or any other type of template then you must add "© 2004 Country Lil Creations All Rights Reserved"
on each and every template/pattern you offer for sale or as linkware.
13. When/If your membership to Pixel Tut Junkie runs out or expires you MUST put a link to Pixel Tut Junkie on every
single page that you have graphics made from my tutorials.
12. I have the right to change these terms at any time.
Lineart
1. I will supply you the basic outline and you add color, shading, props & etc.
2. Please do NOT make yours like mine. You MUST make yours different.
3. You are free to do whatever you'd like with these except resale the outline or make tutorials from them.
4. I do not allow tutorials made from my lineart.
5. I no longer allow my lineart, or items made from my lineart, to be made into tubes and/or clipart and offered from members sites.
TUBING LICENSE
There are only a few people who have the right to tube my graphics. If you didn't purchase a license then you do NOT
have permission to tube anything!
You need to added something to the tutorial, lineart and/or tubes to make it your own before tubing. It doesn't have to be
anything big. Something like a bow, flower, background, etc. (colored clothing on the bases does count) You
must "dress" the bases/lineart before offering them as tubes. (NO NAKE BASES!)
I don't think this is asking much since you don't want others having the exact graphic as you do.
You are NOT allowed to tube my tubes!
If at any time your membership is revoked/expires your tubing license will be revoked/expired too.
You will receive a graphic license that you MUST place on the pages you offer the tubes from that is a clickable
link back to www.pixeltutjunkie.com. This is so that you do not confuse your customers and they think these are your
original characters and also so that I do not receive a bunch of emails telling me you violated my TOU.
Please make sure you have read my TOU before purchasing this license. If you have any questions don't hesitate to

First off, all my terms still apply except the tubing term. You are allowed to tube any of my tutorials or lineart.
The only character not included is the Tunkies these can not be tubed because they are a joint project with TNL
